- Build metrics, scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and reports to deliver actionable business recommendations
- Analyze sales and product demand to support operations and develop CRM tools
- Develop and monitor KPIs and financial metrics, providing insights to drive revenue growth
- Present data-driven rationale for business decisions and manage multiple projects effectively
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in BI, sales analytics, and/or finance
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and research skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in ERP and BI tools (e.g., Netsuite, Tableau, Salesforce)
- Experience in the pet consumer products industry
- Familiarity with advanced analytics and BI tools
- Strong communication skills for presenting at all business levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in developing business intelligence dashboards and reporting tools
