In this role YOU will be a part of a Business Intelligence global team of more than 40 people and you will work with internal partners in various domains like Commercial & Consumer Insights, Omnichannel, Finance, Operations and more. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience with Data analysis, Business Intelligence, Modelling, Analytics Engineering or relevant fields
• Advanced Microsoft PowerBI experience required
• SQL experience required, ETL is a plus
• Python experience is a plus – competent user, uses numpy, scipy, pandas, sklearn libraries, knowledge and practical experience with ML algorithms (Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, Neural Networks)
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude
• Applied statistics (hypothesis testing, causal inference, experimental design) and feature engineering skills is a plus
• Good knowledge of internal Company processes, understanding of information flow
• Self-motivated with a sense of ownership and accountability, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Experience with project management and stakeholder engagement
• Strong active listening and communication skills to build partnerships at all levels and ability to explain complex matters to non-technical experts
• Working experience in agile environments with good understanding of agile delivery frameworks is a clear advantage

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• Build simple and comprehensive reports and visualizations with clear insights and proposals
• Data Analysis. Deep-dive into the data to find insights that drive the strategy and develop recommendations and prepare actionable proposals
• Drive constant dialog with subject matter experts in various product groups, collect, analyse, aggregate commercial data, challenge quality of data, elaborate functional and non-functional requirements
• Shape key milestones, identify timeline of execution, ensure communication flow to align all stakeholders, provide analytical support for pilots leveraging new business/data models
• Formulate technical task for ongoing automation initiatives for building dashboards and models based on conducted analytical research
• Follow the changes in the business model and reflect them on the level of data modelling, performing model adjustments
• Support business and technical teams with actual data model structure and associated business processes
• Actively collaborate with other BI streams in order to improve and optimize data flow, quality and visibility. Share and promote best data structure practices
• Advanced Analytics - You might also participate in Machine Learning projects, contributing to advanced solutions
