The role

As a Data Analyst you will be a part of a cross-functional team that is fully responsible to develop, build & operate tech products to create a magical customer experience in the customer care area. Our product teams are focusing on solutions like chatbots/voicebots, proactive communication and social media as well as contact platforms that handle millions of customer dialogues worldwide. We are now looking for a new awesome colleague to join our team and support us on this journey by take the lead in how we explore, measure, analyze and visualize data.

Your daily activities will include:

  • Analyze, report and deliver actionable insights to improve the customer experience and to identify commercial opportunities.
  • Define and follow up on product team and area OKRs to track success towards objectives.
  • Advocate data-driven decisions, communicate and explain the data and its implications to various stakeholders.
  • Support a data driven learning culture with insights from experiments & tests.
  • Work with multiple advanced analytics tools to analyze, execute and follow up initiatives from idea to industrialization.
  • Work in a cross-functional agile product team that proactively drives continuous improvements and challenges ways of working.
  • Collaborate and assist colleagues with tasks outside your primary discipline to achieve common goals.


With your business-driven mindset, we see that you are excited about building solutions that serve our customer centric purpose. You have previous experience from working in companies with many stakeholders, you have worked with distributed teams, and you are triggered by understanding business requirements and how we can build technical solutions to meet these. We believe you are dynamic, collaborative, and curious! One of us!

  • Academic degree within Business Administration, Economics, Engineering (or similar)
  • At least 2 years of experience from digital analysis, product/business analysis or controlling
  • Have a demonstrated history of working with web and visual analysis e.g. Google Analytics, Contentsquare
  • Have a demonstrated history working with data visualization tools e.g. Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Data Studio.
  • Experience with programming languages such as SQL, R, or Python.
  • Understanding of using numerical, statistical and analytical methods to apply to data processing.
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data into clear insights.
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to communicate and explain data and its implications to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to define and align assignments with the strategic goals of the business.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience and/or interest in technical product development.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), additional language skills are an advantage.
