Duties:
- Research and analyze data, uncovering valuable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
- Utilize various data mining and analysis methods to identify optimization opportunities.
- Design, build, and implement cutting-edge predictive models to optimize business outcomes.
- Automate and fine-tune existing codes and models for efficient production and maximum impact.
- Coordinate and gather requirements from various business domains, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Present findings and results to key stakeholders and facilitate meaningful discussions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, analytics, statistics, or related field
- 7+ years of experience transforming and analyzing data from multiple sources to drive business insights.
- Advanced Python coding skills: Responsibilities to create predictive models and automate them in production.
- Proficiency in statistics, predictive modeling, and statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.).
- Both conceptual and hands-on Statistics and predictive modeling skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and presentation of results.
- Advanced data engineering skills to ensure efficient data processing and analysis.
- Working experience with data science toolkits such as Matplotlib, Pandas, NumPy, and GitHub.
- Experience with Databricks.
- Experience with visualization tools and data spreadsheets including Cognos, Power BI, and Excel.
Salary: $115,000 - 135,000
