Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a passion for transforming data into meaningful insights. This role will involve analyzing complex datasets, developing reports, and providing strategic recommendations to support decision-making processes across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Utilize statistical techniques and tools to analyze large datasets and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Success in this role means providing clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity by maintaining and updating databases and performing regular data quality checks. Success is achieved through accurate, up-to-date, and accessible data.
  • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. Success involves effective communication and delivering solutions that meet team requirements.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role, with a proven track record of working with large datasets and complex analytical tools.
  • Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to communicate findings effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a fast-growing company supporting data.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
