Growth and an increased demand for quality Data Validators have driven the requirement for this newly created Data Analyst position.
In this challenging new Data Analyst role, you will be focused on a number of projects using your SQL coding skills to help the performance on the organisation. You will be reporting to Head of Performance & Insights and working closely with the BI team. Responsibilities:
Automated reconciliation reports in Cognos / SSRS and / or Power BI
Automation of data model builds / updates and tagging to ensure timely delivery of regulatory data
Creation of documentation such as standard operating procedures and new artefacts as required to align to the updated regulatory reporting governance accountability framework
Data models that align to agreed interpretations
Building, testing and implementing solutions you can be proud of
Having a good balance of autonomy and seeking help and advice from senior team members
In order to be successful for this position you must have a love for problem solving and strong communication skills. At least 3-5 years of experience and have great SQL coding and/or SSIS. A tertiary qualification in science, technology, engineering or commerce desirable. Also Experience with reporting and visualisation (either as a developer or a customer).
