YOUR MISSION


You are a skilled Python Developer with expertise in statistical analysis and data engineering, seeking to join a team focused on developing cutting-edge customer-facing solutions in computer vision and biometrics. At PXL Vision, you'll play a key role in building sustainable, scalable, and robust Machine Learning models, along with the data pipelines and analytics that power PXL Vision’s digital identity technology stack.


WHAT YOU BRING


  • Contribute to the design and architecture of our Machine Learning models to ensure they are robust, scalable, and maintainable
  • Integrate new Machine Learning methods and apply scientific rigor to experimentally evaluate their performance on real-world data
  • Design and manage upstream data pipelines to efficiently gather, preprocess, and transform data for Machine Learning model training
  • Design and manage downstream pipelines to monitor and analyze the performance of deployed models in production environments
  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the software development process and product quality


REQUIREMENTS


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Min. 3 years of experience in software development in Python, with a focus on machine learning and data engineering.
  • Familiarity with other programming languages such as C++ or Java is a plus.
  • Background in statistical analysis and data engineering, ideally related to the development of Machine Learning solutions
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills and excellent command of English.
  • Some travel might be required (in Switzerland)
