We are looking for a world-class Marketing Data Analyst to join our team in Berlin, and help us digitalize the nautical industry by delivering critical insights leading Zizoo to success.

Tasks
  • Gathering, analyzing and interpreting data
  • Preparing detailed reports and insights on consumer behaviour, marketing channels (attribution), competitors’ activities, outcomes, sales and website.
  • Coordinate user intent and customer segmentation analysis across departments
  • Forecast impact and hypothesize for conversion optimisation backlog
  • Develop and maintain onsite customer funnel reporting
  • Coordination of interdepartmental data for overall business insights
  • Cluster data to reveal the performance of user segments
  • A key player in developing state-of-the-art personalization and recommendations
  • Working with the marketing team to inform and develop marketing strategies

Requirements
  • Experience in building user behaviour models, dashboards and reports (Tableau is a bonus)
  • 2+ years of experience with Google Analytics & GTM (Other web analytics tools or Snowplow are a bonus)
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python (or R)
  • Familiar with accessing data in DWH or Data Lake
  • Experience in building user behaviour models, dashboards and reports (Tableau is a bonus)
  • Experience with clustering, ML, collaborative filtering, MBA or similar
  • Advanced understanding of user behaviour data collection and analysis
  • Ability to communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand format
  • Working experience with data engineers and product managers, especially in providing product-centric insights
  • Very curious, detail oriented and methodical
  • Pragmatic and willing to take on responsibilities very rapidly
  • Excellent English communication and storytelling skills
