We are seeking a dynamic Junior Data Analyst to join our Data Quality Team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing data collection and entry while collaborating with team members on broader data initiatives. As a key contributor, you will support data infrastructure and operational projects, ensuring that proprietary and market data align with the business objectives set by our leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Develop strong relationships with team liaisons to enhance data collection strategies.
Extract and input pertinent data from PDF and Excel documents into the company database.
Collect and organize data from various sources, taking ownership of recurring collections.
Support the firm’s strategic data management plan, embodying a white glove holistic approach.
Clearly communicate timelines, deliverables, and expectations with team members and stakeholders.
Assess and collect information from internal and external sources to enhance data quality continuously.
Collaborate with the Senior Data Analyst and other team members on various data projects.
Analyze existing processes for areas of improvement and automation.
Document decisions and promptly follow up on action items assigned to the data team.
Independently and efficiently work with accuracy.
Manage the collection and updating of fees and general valuation of deals.
Provide West Coast support from 2 pm to 5 pm (PST) for deal creation and Service Now requests.
Generate and analyze bi-weekly and periodic reports.
Education And Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
2-4 Years Of Experience In Data Management (preferred).
Experience working with relational databases (SQL preferred).

Strong organizational and accuracy skills for tracking and reporting collection results.
Initiative-driven with a mindset for process improvement.
Advanced experience in MS Excel and MS Office Suite.
Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of technology and programs.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload, multitask, and work under pressure.
Eagerness to learn new technologies and applications.
