CSC has been gathering learner data for the past few years, and the team has been looking at and making sense of the data to transform them into something meaningful (e.g. market segments and user preferences and behaviour) that the team can leverage on.
The data analyst intern would assist the team in data extraction, cleaning, analysis and recommendation.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Define and recommend customer segments and consumer behaviours of each segmentation based on data insights, market basket analysis, behaviour flows across CSC touchpoints, etc
- Present key insights and recommended customer segmentations and their moments of needs in the customer journey
- Suggest innovative ways of reaching out to the recommended customer segmentations to better promote CSC’s offerings
