the candidate will join our European Market Research Dept in the role of Analyst to help build and drive Consumer and Market understanding to influence Innovation, Brands, Communication and Customer Experience strategy.


1. Plan, develop and manage data sets coming from Market Research Campaigns or Web monitoring.
2. Create and present clear reports and visualization of actionable insights from web analytical data and offline data
3. Monitor performance trends and develop summarizing data analysis
4. Support the definition of important KPIs to be tracked
5. Discuss customer experience and behaviour with the marketing team in order to create summarizing insights
6. Develop an adequate graphical layout to convey data analysis results throughout an excellent interpretation capacity.


  • Passion for Marketing and Digital
  • Proactive, well-motivated, with a Can-Do attitude
  • Strong analytical & storytelling skills including excellent PowerPoints skills
  • Experience working with statistical packages (such as SPSS/R/Python/Tableau) and/or with Business Intelligence tools (e.g Qliksense) is a plus
  • Experience with Online Morning tools (i.e. Socialbaker/ Talkwalker);
  • Experience with data analysis of Facebook and Instagram Insights
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office suite (Word, Power Point, Excel, Access)
  • Specific ability to develop summarizing Power Point presentation in order to convey actionable results
  • Well organized, with flexible approach and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Always up to date with the latest trends and technologies in social media
  • Excellent Team player and able to interact proactively with different internal stakeholders at different levels of the organization also in remote locations
  • 3 or more years in qualitative and/or quantitative data analysis and / or WEB ANALYST
  • Degree in business, Statistics or Marketing and Communication with concentration in Market Research, or equivalent experience required.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English


  • Programming skills related to Web Survey implementation (using Lime Survey/Survey Monkey tools);
  • Knowledge of Other European Languages as German, French, Portuguese
