For one of our top clients – a major player in financial consultancy – we are looking for a Customer Data Analyst.
You help the client with their transformation of their ERP software into a true CRM system (AFAS).
You analyse previously exported customer data (Hubspot) and make sure it is up-to-date.
You make recommendations on how to link AFAS and Hubspot to one another through an API.
You help translate technical requirements into business consequences, and vice versa.
What is the objective?
You collect and interpret customer data through diverse channels with the goal of gathering insights and conducting smart client segmentation.
You grow the client database with the help of lead scoring, automating marketing campaigns and lead generation.
Does this sound like you?
You are very fluent in Dutch – both verbal and written.
You are able to work very independently and are very hands-on.
You identify opportunities for growth – both for the company and the role itself.
You have five or more years of experience with similar assignments / tasks.
