- You must live in Montreal in order to apply****Hybrid mode 3x per week Experience Level: Intermediate Background / Objectives: Position within the Enterprise Technology & Services (ETS) Encryption Program team supporting reporting, data analytics and program administration responsibilities.The ETS Encryption Program is a multi-year data security driven initiative co-ordinating across multiple technology disciplines to implement the encryption of data at rest and in transit across enterprise managed infrastructure products and platforms. Experience of working within Financial Services and a Technology function preferred. Skills / Capabilities:
- Analytical, proficient with data analysis and metric determination across large datasets
- Skilled at production of report materials /presentation content for senior audiences
- Structured and methodical with a logical thought process to problem solving and task completion
- Detailed orientated, diligent, and self-motivated capable to multi-task and respond to change
- Able to work with developers on the production and management of automated reporting solutions
- Experienced with collaborating across teams and individuals to achieve a shared outcome
- Strong relationship and communications skills (written / verbal), ability to be a team player
- Be capable at fielding first line questions / queries and directing as appropriate
- Sufficiently experienced to project manage and track packages of scoped work / deliverables
- Has experience with the use of JIRA / Kanban boards to support deliverable organisation
- Support document management leveraging for example SharePoint / Teams as a library / repository
- Ability to co-ordinate / facilitate meetings (incl. agendas) and generate detailed meeting minutes
- Support the capture of risks / issues / actions and their management to closure
- Support continuous process improvement for efficiency, identify creative solutions
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project, Teams, OneNote etc.)
