Our client control over 83 sites with a user base of over 40000 plus. Innovation through technology is key to the growth and success of their business.

With their evolving and growing strategic needs, the People and Culture team is currently on a journey to consolidate and streamline a system for Recruitment, HR, and Payroll services.

• Build systems as per requirements: design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance the data solutions, system technologies, integration and features.
• Control the end-to-end delivery operational aspects of data migration.
• Incorporate developed data sets into the wider data migration framework.
• Conduct quality implementation and development testing to ensure output is fit for purpose.
• Co-operate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of the system.
• Handle personal project priorities, timelines and deliverables.
