Responsibilities


  • Participates in the analysis and validation of data sets/solutions/user experience.
  • Supports visualization of the model's insights, user experience and configuration tools for the analytics model.
  • Jira Dashboard & Report Development and Deployment
  • Understanding and skillset to transform data for business intelligence
  • Conduct unit testing and trouble shoot bugs within the system
  • Evaluate and improve existing system
  • Presents information through reports and visualizations to help drive insights to our businesses
  • Collaborate cross functionally with teams to integrate systems
  • Develop, update, and maintain technical documentation Education and Experience Required:
  • Bachelor´s degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science or equivalent.


Knowledge And Skills


  • Basic knowledge of data science methodologies.
  • Basic understanding of business requirements and data science objectives.
  • Basic data mapping, data transfer and data migration skills. Basic understanding of analytics software (eg. R, SAS, SPSS, Python).
  • Basic knowledge of machine learning, data integration, and modeling skills and ETL tools (eg. Informatica, Ab Initio, Talend).
  • Basic communication and presentation skills.
  • Basic data knowledge of relevant data programming languages.
  • Basic knowledge of data visualization techniques.
  • Must be able to work in dynamic, agile and team environment
  • Ability to translate business requirements into data visualizations to achieve measurable business outcomes.
  • Understanding of Jira, Confluence
  • Familiarity with BI Technologies (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effectiveness in working across geographical boundaries.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with large data sets across multiple Jira Projects
  • UX experience is a plus point
  • SQL Server experience is a plus point
