The Graduate Data Scientist will apply the latest data science techniques within the context of our customers and business, to improve customer experience and drive returns.
This role will require you to;
A Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Finance, Economics along with knowledge of data science, analytics, or data engineering is essential to the success of this role.
To be successful in this role you will have a good understanding of data modelling techniques and visualisation tools. You will have the ability to write SQL queries and to extract data from databases. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills which will be utilised when working across cross function teams and external stakeholders.
You will by naturally curious and possess a high level of energy, self-motivation, autonomy, initiative, flexibility and attention to detail to be successful in meeting the business demands at Discovery Parks. Your naturally upbeat and open style will fit our cultural values. You will have a highly organised mindset with the ability to assess the urgency of work allocated to you by various stakeholders.
