The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that support decision-making across Love Finance. Responsibilities Data Collection and Analysis : Gather and process data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business objectives. Reporting : Create and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to senior management. Data Quality Assurance : Ensure data accuracy and integrity by identifying and addressing data quality issues. Predictive Modeling : Develop and apply predictive models and data-driven forecasts to support business planning and resource allocation. Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales, and Marketing, to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline data-related processes and improve efficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting. Ad-Hoc Analysis : Perform ad-hoc data analysis to address specific business questions or concerns as requested by senior management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as Python, R, SQL, or others. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
