Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with various internal teams and leadership to prepare, analyze, and distribute data, unlocking valuable process insights and driving continuous improvements.
Deliver descriptive summaries, reports, and compelling insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Develop, test, and validate interactive dashboards tailored for our business partners and leaders.
Conduct quality control audits of our people programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Run data audits, investigating and resolving reporting and data entry discrepancies.
Support data updates by populating import templates, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Document and implement data workflows and process maps as needed.
Assist with compliance-related reporting and any other assigned duties.
Collaborate with the People + Culture functional leaders to gather and document requirements, providing ongoing and ad-hoc data analysis.
Qualifications
Possess at least 3 years of experience in advanced analytics.
Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in Workday and Workday Reporting.
Experience with HRIS & Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, and Python is a plus.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Experience in building data visualizations, particularly using web-based platforms like Tableau, is preferred.
A natural problem solver with a curiosity for answering questions and telling stories through data.
Ability to work with large data sets and distill key findings.
Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for data integrity, efficient processes, and accuracy.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment with shifting deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
