Manages Compliance and Privacy Office (CPO) data analytics and reporting processes. Is the subject matter expert for data analytics, database management and data extracts. This role also develops the infrastructure to document, update, and maintain policies and procedures for CPO to ensure data integrity and data management. Ensures that all reports are documented with source and fields to ensure consistency and data integrity. With documented job aids, prepares reports such as but not limited to weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for CPO and client departments and strives to create automation to reduce manual reporting/metrics needs.
5-7 years’ experience in data analytics.
Proven ability to plan for and achieve productivity standards.
Advanced experience in data analysis and reporting.
Experience building and maintaining databases.
Experience in Sharepoint development and Qualtrics. .
Experience working in a fast-paced highly matrixed organization.
Experience in creating executive presentations and/or preparing data for executive presentations/review is preferred.
Project Management skills/training highly desired.
