**What does a successful candidate look like?**
+ 3+ years of experience in predictive modeling and data science techniques.
+ Experience taking something from an idea to implementation.
+ Experience with SQL, Python, and R.
+ Comfortable presenting within all levels of the organization.
+ Master’s Degree in data science, mathematics, statistics, or related field preferred.
Build data models, predictive analytics, and algorithms to find unique trends and business solutions to complex problems. Clearly communicate findings to senior leadership and all levels of the organization to support innovation and data driven decisions.
Host workshops with business stakeholders to identify business use cases for advanced analytics projects. Test hypotheses by developing prototypes.
Analyze complex data, reports, and systems. Extract the story from the data and present it simply and effectively to all levels of the organization through reports, presentations, etc.
Find solutions to complex business problems and questions using available information. Work with management and senior leadership to drive business decisions by utilizing data trends and patterns.
Evaluate and apply algorithmic, statistical approaches to problems; such as decision tree, neural networks, and regression modeling.
Educate others on statistical and quantitative methods. Collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate implementation of machine learning algorithms in a production environment.
Build machine learning algorithms.
Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.

**Position Requirements: **
Preferred Master’s Degree in data science, mathematics, statistics, or related field required.
Experience Advanced ability related to:
+ Analyzing complex volumes of data and metadata
+ Statistical analysis
+ Creating algorithms, data modeling, etc.
Experience with Python and R scripting languages.
Experience executing projects that involve the integration of multiple technologies and datasets to solve complex business problems.
Experience developing and managing effective working relationships within an organization and across multiple business and IT stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability of strong interpersonal abilities; able to effectively communicate (both written and verbally) technical information and the results of analysis at all levels of the organization in order to drive decisions.
Minimum Applicable Driver’s License.
Mobility to travel in and around office facilities system wide.
Communicate and/or exchange information or instructions; conduct oral presentations.
Visual abilities sufficient to perform job duties.
