Reporting to the General Manager – Human Resources responsibilities will include collect and compile HR metrics and data from a variety of sources; Analyse data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, and turnover. Prepare data result reports; make recommendations according for policies to improve the organisation’s culture and other duties as required.
