Support some daily functions of customs department involving running reports and daily checking of data and updating as necessary.
Process Auditing using excel with pre programmed excel macros and manage exceptions.
Check formatting of input data for precisely accurate format and adjust as necessary including: text to data changes, cleaning, filtering, formatting with advanced excel formulas.
Hybrid work environment in office (Concord) and remotely, need personal internet
Job Qualifications :
Currently Registered in Post-Secondary education in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics
Strong Data analysis, data verification, and problem-solving abilities
Advanced Proficiency in Excel Macros and Pivot Tables
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Able to read macro logic and format input data for successful execution macros to minimize exceptions
Be flexible and multi-task, coordinating work effort over numerous projects over daily and project based tasks
Detail Oriented
Ability to work unsupervised at time and complete with priorities identified
