The job focuses on transforming the service operations data in the form of visualizations, cleanups and transformation activities for easier access, transparency, and clarity. The job is expected to improve the related processes and increase the customer engagement and self-services and help push the transformation journey towards effective operations.
Technical Tasks
Understand the existing landscape of IT Support Services provided internally.
Identify and document the data points within and across the IT landscape.
Use tools like Excel, Python, or R to explore and analyse the data.
Evaluate data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, JavaScript, Python libraries).
Learn the selected visualization tool's basics.
Define, design, plan to visualize the data points.
Create quick visualizations of the data points collected.
Work with data sources (ServiceNow, SAP etc.) to understand and analyse data.
Connect with data sources for data collection and transformation.
Automate data updates if possible.
Create a dashboard with interconnected visualizations to provide a comprehensive view.
Include filters, dropdowns, or other interactive elements for user customization.
Create user guides and documentation on how to use the visualizations.
Prepare a status report outlining your progress, results, and any challenges encountered.
Gather feedback from users and stakeholders.
Create presentations for project proposals, updates, and reviews

Ability to support IT digital transformation team activities and willingness to learn.
Willingness to work on more than one tasks and focused on getting items delivered on time and with quality.
Independent learner who can develop market communication through independent research with different media platforms.
Ability to create and distribute management reports through dashboard and visualization tools e.g. Power BI, Java Script etc.
Explore and develop the use of various applications/tools (e.g. Confluence, Sharepoint, MS suite etc.) which can be adopted to digitalize and transform the organization.
Support project manager in project administration, coordination and reporting.
Support other operational tasks, follow-ups and remote coordination with geographically distributed team.
Qualifications
Proficient in JavaScript (Data Visualizations), PowerBI, Python.
Willing to learn and work on other utility applications (ServiceNow, Confluence, Sharepoint etc.).
Highly motivated independent worker with positive working and learning attitude.
Good listening and presentation skill.
Ability to multitask and deliver on-time.
Team-player with high interpersonal skills.
Excellent proficiency in using Microsoft Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Words, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.).
