As a Data Engineer you will :

• Work closely with Data Translators and Data Scientists to answer Business needs by developing data pipelines and ETLs.
• Create and manage conceptual, logical, and physical data models using internal practices for generation, creation and naming standards.
• Manage and optimize Partenamuts core data infrastructure.
• Work on implementing complex and large scale Big Data projects as well as building and maintaining custom and/or template based data pipelines.
• Support data team resources with design and performance optimization.
• Document data models and code.

Your Profile as Data Engineer :

• A Master in Computer Science, Engineering or any related field or equivalent by experience.
• 5+ years hands on experience in the area of Enterprise Intelligence (e.g. Data Warehousing, Data Management, Data Manipulation, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Big Data ecosystem).
• Hands-on experience with Data Vault modeling is a must, with the ability to understand business requirements and translate those into proper data base modeling.
• Experience with SQL-like data manipulation is a must. As well as experience with big data and NoSQL technologies.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS Redshift, StepFunctions, RDS, AWS Batch, AWS Lambda, EC2… is an strong asset.
• Familiar with traditional ETL solutions.
• Python coding skills is a plus.
• Fluent in French and/or English (verbal & written).
