As a Data Engineer you will :
- Work closely with Data Translators and Data Scientists to answer Business needs by developing data pipelines and ETLs.
- Create and manage conceptual, logical, and physical data models using internal practices for generation, creation and naming standards.
- Manage and optimize Partenamuts core data infrastructure.
- Work on implementing complex and large scale Big Data projects as well as building and maintaining custom and/or template based data pipelines.
- Support data team resources with design and performance optimization.
- Document data models and code.
Your Profile as Data Engineer :
- A Master in Computer Science, Engineering or any related field or equivalent by experience.
- 5+ years hands on experience in the area of Enterprise Intelligence (e.g. Data Warehousing, Data Management, Data Manipulation, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Big Data ecosystem).
- Hands-on experience with Data Vault modeling is a must, with the ability to understand business requirements and translate those into proper data base modeling.
- Experience with SQL-like data manipulation is a must. As well as experience with big data and NoSQL technologies.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS Redshift, StepFunctions, RDS, AWS Batch, AWS Lambda, EC2… is an strong asset.
- Familiar with traditional ETL solutions.
- Python coding skills is a plus.
- Fluent in French and/or English (verbal & written).
