Support the data analytics requirements for the business
Educate the business perspectives on new approaches for audience selection, such as data usage and statistical validation data
Maintain the definition requirements for reporting tools
Maintain data and reporting requirements
Perform data-mining searches from the data warehouse
Generate insight into customer segments for use within business development and other CRM initiatives
Initiate, drive and support CRM, 1PD, 2PD and 3PD activities using data
Data Science & analytics (Logistics regression/Time series modelling/ trend analysis)
Maintain data integrity standards and appropriate business / commercial rules
Maintain interpretation standards
Provides data metrics (clarity, accuracy, depth and recommendations) to business and all stakeholders
Provide reporting support to Key Account Management program for APAC & EMEA
Campaign list creation and management (for both email and business development campaigns). This includes responding to existing campaign requests as well as proactively proposing new segments to target
Analyse ongoing and end-of campaign results to assess campaign effectiveness and provide next step insights for senior management.
Proposing potential marketing campaign approaches to target database segments in-line with business goals and opportunities.
Strong analytical skills to provide sound judgment in past campaigns tracking results and propose next step
Campaign Management
Using SQL Server and Excel to prepare accurate marketing campaign lists and reports
Manage CRM lifecycle eDM series to ensure candidates and clients are fully engaged at the right time with the right communication
Identifying growth, cross sell, up sell and retention opportunities within the database
Preparing Audience in DMP for campaigns and track performance
Ensure campaign tracking reports measure results consistently across all divisions and regions
Analyze marketing campaign results and drive post-campaign insights to identify improvements for future campaign executions.
Liaise with Stakeholders to ensure customer master database are maintained well
Provide support within the CRM team on cross functioning roles
Strategic Input
Liaise with key stakeholders in order to maintain an evolution of information needs
Providing sound advice and recommendations with reports to support business goals
Leads data discovery processes and frames business scenarios that are meaningful in supporting business goals
Requirements
Minimum 2-4 years of experience working closely with data/ reporting in a SQL Server/Redshift environment or CRM, DMP, Google Analytics/ Omniture
Experience communicating or reporting to senior stakeholders
Experience in PowerBI, Exact Target, GA, Adobe, DMP, Datorama and SQL Experience in website scrapping and statistical predictive modelling will be highly advantageous
Identifying best practice and reporting function methodologies
Business systems and operational experience in Marketing Analytics, Performance marketing or campaign analytics
Experience utilizing data analysis
Embrace and initiate change Building strong internal and external relationships
Hands-on experience such as SQL data extraction, running campaigns, driving projects, prepare a proposal and make a presentation to senior management will be highly advantageous
