As a Data Analyst you will be a part of a cross-functional team that is fully responsible to develop, build & operate tech products to create a magical customer experience in the customer care area. Our product teams are focusing on solutions like chatbots/voicebots, proactive communication and social media as well as contact platforms that handle millions of customer dialogues worldwide. We are now looking for a new awesome colleague to join our team and support us on this journey by take the lead in how we explore, measure, analyze and visualize data.
