    Job Description:

    Primary Accountabilities

    • The Social Media Data Analyst assists with data to empower the creation and production of content on social media platforms to proactively respond to current/potential customers by answering questions and resolving issues.
    • Leads conversations that surround company content, products and brand to promote and maintain company reputation.
    • Monitors and mediates discussions to correct misinformation or erroneous perceptions.
    • Researches complex customer issues and formulate an appropriate branded response to resolve the issue.
    • Creates, produces, and monitors content on social media platforms for identified executive streams
    • Solicits and analyzes feedback from third-party websites and presents recommendations to management.

    Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

    • Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service
    • Strong experience with effective verbal and written communication
    • Extensive knowledge and understanding of social media channels
    • Demonstrated experience using social media to positively influence others
    • Demonstrated experience coaching and consulting with leadership

    Travel Requirements

    • This position requires travel up to 10% of the time.

    Additional Job Information:

    As part of the Social Media Community Team, the Social Media Data Analyst role will primarily focus on:

    • Conduct research to gain insight into product objectives and target audiences
    • Ability to identify, track and interpret key growth metrics
    • Remain up to date on latest industry trends and social media platform updates
    • Analyze available insights, generate new insights to help define social brand and campaign strategy strategies.
    • Handle market research to establish decision-making factors, report actionable findings and adjust strategy appropriately

    • Forecasting volume for proper staffing and scale
    • Builds quantitative and qualitative dashboards, reports, and proactive deliverables for team, partners & stakeholders

    The preferred candidate will have:

    • Basic knowledge and understanding of system architecture and system engineering processes and procedures
    • Basic knowledge and understanding of infrastructure technologies, operating systems, and the interconnectivity between infrastructure platforms and software tools
    • Demonstrated experience analyzing marketing data using a variety of techniques
    • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
    • Discipline to work remotely, preferably from the East Coast or West Coast time zones to diversify our operations and virtual team

    In your first year:

    In the first two weeks before your start date:

    + Equip with credentials, equipment, and all the standard paperwork to ensure you are day one success ready

    The first 30 hours :

    + In your first week, you will meet the team and receive a high-level overview of the organization, the history, culture, mission, vision, and values we stand behind

    In the first 30 days :

    + You will train on our social media tools, asked to engage with customers firsthand, and learn the ins and outs through what we believe is best through 'on-the-job' training

    + You will further acclimate to understanding the team structure and how you play a part in that growth

    + Build a basic understanding of the social media community team expectations and general operations

    In the first 60 days :

    + You will take on ad-hoc projects that will prepare you for the longer-term strategies of your role and the framework in which we operate

    + Build an advanced understanding of the social media community team expectations and general operations

    In the first 90 days :

    + Contribute your initial thoughts and ideas, go through deeper onboarding with stakeholders outside the team and understand how social media impacts the enterprise

    + You will also begin drafting your goals and deliver against them including goals already established by the organization

    + Contribute and shape part of the understanding of the social media community team expectations and general operations

    In the first six months :

    + You will work with your team to create long term ideas for the programs you are accountable for

    + Advocate and deliver projects on behalf of the social media community team expectations and general operations.
