Data Engineer/Azure Developer - 3+ months - Remote...

For our international customer we are currently looking for an experienced Data Engineer/Azure Developer.
Your main task is to support the client in the development of interfaces and test scenarios with automated quality management Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).

Tasks:

• Develop and configure interfaces, design architectures and create data models
• Develop test scenarios in connection with automated quality management Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
• Build Data pipelines

Requirements:

• Strong project experience as a Data Engineer
• Experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure Functions
• Developing Azure Function with python-runtime
• Strong development skills with JAVA, Kotlin, Python
• Experience with Spring Boot, Microservice Architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Cloud
• Good overview of options how to transform data in ADF, e.g. Spark clusters, Data Bricks, HDInsight
• Experience with agile methodology

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 3 months (+ option to extend)
• Workload: 5 days per week
• Location: Remote
• Languages: Fluency in English, German language skills preferred
