HR Data Analyst

Job Title: People Data Analyst (6 month fixed term contract)

Location: UK based (Flexible location)

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our in-house People Technology team as a People Data Analyst. The team have big plans to automate and digitise the employee lifecycle.

The People Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in building a better platform for tomorrow. We are looking for someone who can question and manipulate data to present to the business and is curious enough to challenge and make improvements.

What you will enjoy doing

• Enjoy working with data and providing analytical support
• Enjoy designing, building and maintaining reports, data feeds between systems, and dashboard
• Utilising data to produce trend analysis and performance reports which highlight performance risks and opportunities
• Enjoy people interaction, enabling colleagues across the People Team and wider business to self-serve on the data required in their roles
• Finding new and innovative ways to present data to ensure that the business fully understands the trends, issues, risks and opportunities
