The Technology Change Management Reporting role is responsible for implementing various reporting solutions using Change, Incident and Problem data within ServiceNow and/or reporting solutions using the Performance Analytics module in ServiceNow. This role sits in the Global Technology Infrastructure Change Management team and is tasked with delivering solutions that either dashboard or report on operational health and managerial health and providing our customers with support for reporting. This role requires an intermediate to advanced set of skills required to deliver a high level of service to meet our customer/business needs. This position requires a solid understanding of automated and federated enterprise IT infrastructure aligned with industry best practices
