Digital Marketing Data Analyst (REMOTE)

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, specify, implement, and manage analytics dashboards in DOMO, connecting data from various sources
• Present data analytics with a business-first mindset to help the Marketing & Communications department meet goals
• Manage multiple analytics projects, defining benchmarks and KPIs for online engagements and digital marketing programs
• Act as a subject matter expert in online analytics, providing regular training and updates to stakeholders
• Continuously enhance data presentation to drive actionable results

Requirements

• 8 years of relevant experience
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Proficiency in enterprise-level BI tools such as DOMO, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau
• Extensive experience with Google Analytics, Google Big Query, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
• Advanced digital analytics capabilities with a focus on translating technical marketing data into business needs/results
• Knowledge of search, SEO optimization, paid media, and tracking
• Excellent presentation and training skills, ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Ability to work independently on analytics projects, strong process orientation
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Advanced level of verbal and written communication skills

Preferences

• Proficient knowledge of SQL
• Previous experience in similar roles in the IT services market
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience working in complex matrixed organizations

Schedule availability: Monday-Friday (08:00am to 05:00pm CST). Shift timings may vary based on client requirements and overlapping time zones.
