Your field of responsibility


An outstanding opportunity to join us where you will be involved in managing and shaping information and tools for decision making, building prototype tools and reporting solutions and working on their operationalization. You will support shaping the data strategy for SRI, creating a brand new analytic solution suite to steer senior management decision making process in SRI and in Credit Suisse. Additionally you will be involved in managing:

  • Studying fundamental and high impact business questions that directly affect the direction of the company and the industry at large.
  • Developing, maintaining and extracting knowledge from strategic internal and external data sets.
  • Managing the SRI stakeholders’ access to reports, analysis and SRI Performance analytic content, through own-built content portal.

Sustainability, Research and Investments (SRI) is a newly formed function in Credit Suisse, with an exciting ambition to accelerate the banks Sustainability and Impact investing capabilities whilst driving incremental revenues via development of outstanding client content and investment products. Your skills and experience

To support SRI growth ambition we are looking for a dedicated problem solver talent with a can-do attitude, attention to detail and enthusiasm for crafting impactful solutions.

  • Proven experience/interest in the Information Management field with a focus on databases management (Microsoft SQL Server; Data modelling, Database design; SSIS experience is a plus).
  • Proven experience in the content management and portal creation, preferably with Microsoft SharePoint 2016 is a plus.
  • Experience with tools for advanced visualization and reporting production; Tableau dashboard development, Tableau Server publication, and Oracle Essbase environment is a plus.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Responsibility and confidentiality required when dealing with sensitive data.
  • High level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives.
