Working pattern: Monday to Thursday 09:00am to 17:30pm, Fridays 09:00am to 16:30pm Starting salary: £26,000 - £30,000 DOE

SUMMARY OF ROLE

The Sales Data Analyst will support the Head of Sales and wider sales team with existing client account management and analysing sales data to drive business growth and improve sales productivity. The role predominantly focuses on managing routine helpline calls and emails, supporting the sales team with their client relationships, along with collecting and analysing sales data, managing the sales pipeline, reviewing customer information, identifying market trends, and generating detailed reports. This is a brand-new exciting role for the business and as such, responsibilities may grow and develop over time. There are excellent progression opportunities for the right candidate.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

Responsibilities:

· Support the sales team and Head of Sales in existing client account management.

· Track leads, activity, and client communications.

· Manage routine helpline calls and emails, supporting the wider sales team.

· Analyse sales data to assess performance, identify trends and create opportunities for growth and improvement.

· Analyse market trends and competitive data.

· Manage the sales pipeline.

· Develop detailed sales reports, including performance summaries, pipeline reports and sales forecasts.

· Create visual presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

· Generate support material to assist the sales team with targeted growth opportunities.

· Liaise closely with the wider sales team and sales order processing team (SOP).

· Develop internal CRM systems.

· Assist the Head of Sales with other tasks as and when required.

SPECIALISED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES

Professional experience:

· GCSE Grades: A-C Maths, Science & English (Mandatory)

· Advanced use of Excel, data visualisation tools and CRM Systems (Mandatory)

· Excellent attention to detail (Mandatory)

· Proven Team-work skills (Mandatory)

· Ability to handle a range of priorities (Mandatory)

· Excellent Communication Skills (Mandatory)

· Demonstratable commercial awareness (Mandatory)

· Confident and determined, with a willingness to learn new skills, knowledge and systems (Mandatory)

· Experience in a Sales environment (Desirable)

· Previous experience as a Data Analyst (Mandatory)

Qualifications:

· GCSE Grades: A-C Maths & English (Mandatory)

· Degree or equivalent in Business, Data Analytics, Sales, Marketing or a relevant field (Desirable)

· Right to work in the UK (Mandatory)

· Driving license (Desirable)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
