T Hub - Machine Learning Engineer

You will join our Network Analytics Team, which consists of Machine Learning experts developing advanced analytical solutions across whole Deutsche Telekom Group. Your daily work will be focused on analyzing data, training models, developing automated tools using ml models, helping other team members and running own analytical use cases. You will have plenty opportunities to learn new technologies and models.

• Communicating effectively with internal customers – define goals, agree on timelines, collect feedback, ask for support, communicate transparently about risks, report on the project status.
• Preparing and analyze data required for model training with Python
• Training and testing AI/ML models using various AI/ML libraries
• Preparing Machine Learning models for deployment
• Using an on-premise ML development GPU computing platform (Linux)
• Optimizing and testing existing models to improve their performance
• Solving various ML tasks: Forecasting, Regression, Classification, Anomaly detection, Image object detection, Text classification, Text generation, Root Cause Analysis, Timeseries modelling
• Working in a Data Science team, in an international environment, with good work-life balance
• Helping writing patents
• Working autonomously and have freedom to propose your own methodologies or approaches to solve use cases

• At least 4 years of experience
• Very good knowledge and proven experience with programming in Python
• Experience building models with PyTorch
• You Know how to write clean code and use design patterns
• Experience with code review
• Knowledge how to use Git
• Experience with building data pipelines using Python and its ML libraries
• You Know how to train and test Machine Learning and Deep Learning Models
• Experience with Docker
• Basic Linux commands knowledge for daily work
• Ability to access and process data with SQL
• Willingness to work in International environment - international travels may happen
• Have good communication skills and like teamwork
• Curiosity to learn more about advanced AI methods
• Very good written and spoken English (C1)
