Big Data Engineer

We are seeking a Big Data Engineer for our leading banking client to work on a hybrid basis in Halifax (2/3 days per week in the office) on an initial 12 month fixed term contract paying between £70,000 to £75,000 + Great Benefits. The contract has the potential to extend on a rolling basis.

• Hadoop, Spark, Beam, Flume
• Big data systems
• ETL
• Data Transformation
• Scala, Python
• Distributed storage
• RTL
• Agile- Banking experience - desired
• Azure / AWS
• Automation, DevOps
