Responsibilities:
Create advanced statistical models that simplify decision-making and empower users to take action
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define success and create project plans
Promote an open, safe, innovative, and engaging culture
Model and encourage work life balance
Develop objective performance measures define success and track progress
Find innovative ways to increase efficiency, improve data quality, and scale insights
Preferred Experience:
Mentoring junior data science staff
Developing supervised and semi-supervised machine learning/AI models that recommend actions to improve patient care using medical and pharmacy claims, EHR output, and medical device data
Scaling models and analysis across customers and over time in a cloud environment
Developing objective, reliable, and valid user engagement and experience measures
Automating infrastructure management and deploying enhancements in lower environments
Using SQL and object-oriented languages (e.g., Python, R) to automate process and create data pipelines
Communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science or a related field
5+ years of proven experience in data science or related field and project leadership
