Own, implement and manage the Lead & Opportunities Management Process at
Sales Company level.
Execute customer segmentation together with sales managers. Applying tools and guidelines provided
OneCRM local business owner and superuser.
Support organization in fostering correct and consistent use of OneCRM.
Ensure data quality and consistency and help closing the gap in data that is in average on IMEA level around 51% (49% MEA, 54% India)
Collect, prioritize and share local business needs/requirements.
Responsible for the implementation of Customer Satisfaction programs & surveys
Collect intelligence and analysis data to drive decision making.
Supporting the development of dashboards and support business manager with their business needs
Work across the cluster India, Middle East Africa and bring synergy across both sales companies.
Related to the dashboards or any kind of report, we may want to include something related to the engagement with the business to secure training and adoption.
In regard to the OneCRM, we could add their role to collect input to improve marketing and sales processes connected to the CRM (or maybe that part is what you mean in the bullet point “Collect, prioritize and share local business needs/requirements”
