About the role:
Service NSW is currently looking for passionate, strategic thinking Senior Data Analyst to join the Risk, Strategy and Customer Support team.
In this role you will help make a difference by developing and supporting the business with implementing strategic initiatives for improved efficiency to business operations.
In this role, you will:
*Analyse complex data from multiple sources to produce meaningful report and insights on customer feedback from across SNSW businesses
*Manage the quality and accuracy of data used to produce reports
*Produce reports, visualisations, and recommendations to answer complex business problems that are presented in the most appropriate format to ensure clarity for target audience
*Analyse and define new process improvement opportunities to support continuous improvement and business outcomes; providing advice to stakeholders, on ways to improve the efficiency and reliability of data
*Work with the appropriate teams to automate the creation of relevant recurring reports
To be successful in this role you will have:
*Working experience in a similar role, analytical mind set coupled with great business acumen
*The ability to translate data into meaningful insights
*Passion for quality of data and the ability to improve data set
*The ability to build and maintain a range of relationships at multiple levels
*Strong attention to detail and you strive for excellence in everything you do
*Outstanding communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
*You think clearly and can simplify complex problems
