The GBS Data Analytics and Insights T eam cooperates closely with Global Process Owners and Regional Process Leads in order to build comprehensive, standardized, process oriented dashboards and provide comparisons between regions. It focuses on data analytics and providing insights for GBS operations and Kimberly-Clark business.
The Global Delivery Network (GDN) is the operational component of GBS which delivers cost savings to the enterprise by reducing complexity, delivering services more efficiently and effectively, and freeing up capacity to further grow, enabling business teams to focus on profitably growing our business.
As Global Data Analyst you will be responsible for:
Develop, automate. and maintain the GBS Global Delivery Network (GDN) productivity governance and related reporting, including but not limited to ongoing Project
Track, reconcile and report all additions or reductions of staff and roles in each of the GDN areas on a monthly basis
Reconcile role moves to GBS with functions and business units
Tie additions or reductions of staff and roles to specific initiatives
Resolve discrepancies between senior level stakeholders in GBS
Provide governance and establish a global process and policies
Identify and implement the appropriate technology to accomplish the objectives of the role
The role will work closely with Senior Directors, GDN, Center Leaders, HR Business Partners, Automation team, GBS Leadership Team and GBS Finance.
To be successful in the position you should have:
Bachelor’s degree in a financial, accounting or business-related field
Significant experience in finance reporting/analysis and/or data management role (global capacity is preferred)
Strong data management skills and attention to detail, including managing large volumes of data from disparate sources
Advanced skills in MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerBI
Prior experience in managing medium-scale project management, continuous improvement or change management initiative is preferred
Strong understanding of GBS organization & strategy, service delivery footprint & models
Strong collaboration skills working with a globally diverse team in a highly fluid matrix organization
Strong decision-making and able to operate independently and effectively
Demonstrate optimism in addressing challenges and strong learning agility
