Data Analyst (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• You are part of a cross-functional, agile team and contribute your expertise
• You will familiarize yourself with the specific requirements of our main business stakeholders in the different sales departments and perform SQL- and Python-based data analyses to answer their questions around customer behavior, patterns and trends in our CRM data, or marketing campaign performance
• You work on models and analyses to identify new potential customers for our rights holders and deliver insights on how to best approach them
• You advise our business stakeholders by preparing insights in an understandable way and visualizing them in a suitable form
• You work very closely with Data Engineering to obtain the required data in the form needed
• You collaborate with Success Management and IT to continuously improve the data quality in our internal systems
• You translate business requirements into technical concepts
• You are constantly learning and developing ideas to identify new fields of analysis
  
  
  

Your Profile

• Your passion is working with data!
• You have a university degree in mathematics, data / business analytics, (business) informatics, data science or comparable
• You have very good knowledge of analysis methods and have already gained 2+ years professional experience in the analysis of data
• You already have experience in using common analysis and visualization tools (preferably Power BI) and use them to tell a story with data
• Your SQL skills are very good and you have experience in Python or R
• You have very good analytical skills as well as a structured, self-organized and outcome-oriented way of working
• Practical experience with the application of machine learning / AI to solve business problems is a plus
• You have a business sense and proactively drive topics forward
• You like to communicate and work with many different stakeholders
• You love to learn new things and share your knowledge
• You are a team player with a sense of humor as well as a digital mindset
• You have a good command of English – German optional
