Service Management Data Analyst


Role Purpose:

As a Business intelligence to gather business data through many ways, from different sources and programmatically enhance the data quality and tidiness to store build and maintain User friendly, professional and storytelling interactive dashboards based on
Digital & IT Service Management business requirements. Ultimately should be able to draw a clear picture about the department performance in all managed workstreams and help management making data driven decisions.


With us you will:

  • Design, implement and maintain weekly, monthly Service Management performance reports.
  • Mine and collect data from multiple resources
  • Implement up to date data modelling based on available resources.
  • Develop programmatic codes to execute solid data wrangling and data quality improvements.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for department head and direct reports that effectively communicate trends and patterns.
  • Collaborate with relevant department stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Proactively integrate new technologies for more advanced analytics including and not limited to Power flow, PowerApps and Machine Learning


Apply if you have:

  • Organised and delivery focused, strong planning skills, time efficient and process driven.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing demands/tools.
  • Strong Data Quality understanding
  • SQL statements knowledge
  • Critical Thinking


Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or comparable qualification
  • ITIL Awareness, ideally certification at foundation level
  • Strong knowledge in PowerBI and comfortable with writing DAX equations
  • Good Knowledge in Machine Learning concepts/techniques.
  • Very good knowledge of statistical programming using either Python or R for data extraction, wrangling and exploration
