Job Description:

You will be responsible for Creating and delivering HR reporting and dashboards as required by key stakeholders across and on behalf of the SSUK & Ireland business. Providing analysis and clearly articulating trends, opportunities and recommendations in order to drive improvement and efficiencies across all key HR performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a suite of HR MI and dashboards as required to drive improvements across key performance indicators for HR including, HRSS, L&D and Recruitment, including (but not exclusively) full break down of on-boarding task by time taken, attrition, department KPI’s

  • Provide effective analysis of data, clearly articulating observations, trends and recommendations

  • Work closely with key stakeholders to understand and deliver reporting requirements

  • Proactively review and analyse data to inform the HRLT on opportunities for improvement and enable effective decision making

  • Identify system improvements or opportunities for different methods of utilising the system to drive increased efficiencies

  • Identify areas of training requirements from analysis of data

  • Analyse and interpret complex data sets relating to the SSUK and Ireland business

  • Analyse workforce data to provide insight into target population to inform resourcing

  • Develop and support reporting processes

  • Monitor and audit data quality

  • Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to fully understand data content

  • Provide support in effective use of the system to the broader Operations Support and Operations functions

  • Provide reporting of compliance including H&S and mandatory training

  • Utilise reporting to ensure compliance with defined methods of operating and system processes

  • Comply with all legislative and statutory requirements and support audits as required

About you

  • You will have experience in a similar role

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle BI

  • In depth understanding of Oracle Taleo and HCM

  • Clear communication and presentation skills

  • Highly organised

  • Working knowledge of data analysis tools

  • Capacity to develop and document procedures and workflows

  • Able to carry out data quality control and validation

  • Able to produce clear graphical representations and data visualisations
