Ihre Aufgabe
- You will work in the department of Business Analytics & Simulation
- You transform and analyse data, you specify and develop models
- You develop innovative and data-driven solutions which create tangible value for our stakeholders
- You are responsible for applying technical knowledge in data science and also act as consultant
- You give advice to management and specialist departments on planning problems based on your analysis and models
- You develop Utility Tools to support tactical and operational planning processes
- You work in international project teams across the group
- You are part of an agile and interdisciplinary team to bring data analytics in the company to a new level.
Ihr Profil
- Passion for data-driven and analytical models
- Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, informatics, engineering, quantitative economics or a related field
- Experience in developing analytical models for planning problems
- Advanced Numerical Python programming skills (Java of advantage)
- Experience in working with databases and SQL
- Experience in optimization and machine learning models of advantage
- Experience in data visualization (e.g. Business Intelligence Tools)
- Capability of quickly understanding business processes and challenges and know how to translate these into technical models
- You put yourself in the shoes of your stakeholders: you understand their objectives and requirements and can translate these into solutions that spark excitement
- Team player and professional communicator
- You can work creative yet efficient
- You like to challenge yourself to learn and apply new methods and technologies to existing problems
- Good communication skills in German and English

The Business Analytics initiative brings data analytics & simulation to the next level and creates innovative and data-driven solutions for the planning processes to support the stakeholders in the company. The participation and voice of each individual is needed and will be heard!
