This is a remote position.
We’re looking for a Data Analyst to enhance our BI team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for data. In this role, you will define key metrics and proper calculation methodologies, and build comprehensive dashboards (we use Tableau) to derive actionable insights that drive our product decisions. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on data-driven challenges and is eager to further develop their skills in a fast-paced startup environment. Junior candidates with a strong foundation and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do
- Data Analysis and Insights: Contribute to building and fostering data-driven decision-making in the company. Conduct ad-hoc research and analysis tasks.
- Developing Reporting Dashboards: Formulate business requirements into analytic solutions, define and build key metrics. Create visualizations and dashboards to cover all aspects of the business.
- Direct Impact on the Product: Identify problems and opportunities through data analysis and assist the teams in developing strategic solutions. Track and measure the effects of your ideas.
Requirements
What you’ll need:
- 1+ years of experience in a Data Analytics role.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities. Keen attention to detail.
- Excellent SQL skills.
- Experience in setting up and maintaining complex dashboards & regular reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau and Looker Studio.
- Mathematical modeling skills.
- Understanding of web-related metrics and trends.
- Strong English communication skills.
- High self-organization and ability to work remotely.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with web analytics: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Analytics
- Experience with event-based platforms: Mixpanel, Amplitude etc.
