The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing energy and sustainability data across the client’s portfolio of properties.
You will work as a part of a team to facilitate data management and suggest energy related initiatives for a variety of clients.
Analyze data to highlight trends in client’s performance.
Benchmark data against other clients & industries.
Work with stakeholders to establish explanations in data variations.
Develop data viz based on project related trackers and databases (Tableau).
Engagement with site teams notably engineering to co-develop business cases for energy projects and supporting completion of initiatives.
Sustain a clear methodology for verification and calculation of energy savings projects across worldwide regions.
Present progress and results for the client.
Assist in the supervision of energy saving projects progress and completion.
Analyze and forecast savings against targets and external factors.
Ad-Hoc energy analysis.
Support with energy consumption data collection and development of data quality dashboards.
Verify savings in energy, water, waste & CO2 to forecast the status of client KPIs & articulate the creditability of our work.
Suggest optimal solutions to deliver the objectives.

Utilities Data Management
Use of BI tools (Tableau or others).
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel).
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in one of the natural sciences (Computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Law, Business or other).
Experience with energy, waste and water data.
Proven energy validation skills.
Carbon footprint reporting knowledge preferred.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to negotiate effectively to obtain required information within strict deadlines.
High analytical skills, focused on details, fast learning.
Client oriented, capable to adapt to changing and demanding environment.
