Position Overview

We’re looking for an energetic person with superior analytical abilities, great attention to detail and strong communication skills to join our growing team as a Digital Analyst. This role reports to the VP of Strategy and involves frequent interaction with all levels of management, clients, and outside suppliers. The ideal candidate will display the perfect balance of analytic capabilities, confidence, and business acumen.


  • Be the subject matter expert for all things digital on a clients’ business
  • Be the point of contact internally for all inquiries relating to a clients’ properties
  • Make recommendations and help implement process improvements with the ultimate goals of driving clients’ results
  • Provide technical expertise on the development, analysis and interpretation of marketing data and reports
  • Develop new data visualizations that help lay people understand the insights in the data
  • Develop new tagging strategies to meet client needs
  • Be the first person that notices when something is unusual with the clients’ digital properties
  • Analyze ‘offline’ data in isolation or in conjunction with data obtained from digital sources


  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking and organizational skills, including the ability to quantify and analyze customer data
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills; particularly in the area of presenting complex technical concepts to colleagues and clients
  • Able to manage your workload across a number of tasks and projects to help the team execute campaigns flawlessly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to manage a large number of concurrent tasks and projects
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills, a bias for action and strong customer service

  • University degree in business, finance, economics, statistics/math or computer science
  • Strong, fundamental understanding of web analytics principles
  • Deep experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics (both is preferred) and Power BI
  • Experience in building tagging solutions with Google Tag Manager
  • Advanced MS Office capabilities, most importantly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with front end web development fundamentals (experience with HTML, JS, CSS preferred)
