Your work environment at EXP

Reporting to the HR Director – Global, the HCMS Specialist & Data Analyst is instrumental in the efficient operation and continuous development of the Oracle HCM system within the HR department. It also involves collecting, processing, analyzing, and interpreting HR data from Oracle HCM, and from other sources, to provide insights and support data-driven HR decision-making within the organization. In this role, you’ll have the choice of joining one of our six (6) office locations (Brampton, ON, Markham, ON, Ottawa, ON, Fredericton, NB, Halifax, NS, or Moncton, NB).

• Manage ongoing development and enhancements of the Oracle HCM system to align with the organization’s HR needs
• Monitor and maintain HR-related data quality, integrity, accuracy and consistency; work to resolve data discrepancies and errors
• Generate and manage regular and ad-hoc reports, produce data-driven observations for stakeholders and management
• Create clear and meaningful data visualizations, such as charts and graphs, to communicate findings effectively
• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues, and assist with user training
• Maintain documentation for system procedures, processes and tasks.
  
  

What Your Experience Looks Like

• 3 to 5 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including system configuration, maintenance and trouble-shooting, as well as reporting, analytics and business intelligence reports
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• A keen eye for details to ensure data accuracy and quality
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in the French language is considered an asset for the position but is not mandatory
