As a Data Analyst - Global Service (f/m/d), your primary responsibilities will be to build & maintain large datasets out of multiple sources to answer complex business questions, create visualizations for our stakeholders, uncover & present insights to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Your mission:

• Drive data mindset in the department, support and execute implementation, and be a data quality gatekeeper on analysis leading to operational decisions

• Own data projects from data source integration to data sharing and reporting

• Get a deep understanding of the data sources, of the operations and of the data architecture, to be able to design and implement innovative approaches and solutions

• Leverage insights from data by providing analyses and dashboards for Management, global and local Operations

Your Heroic skills:

• You have 2+ years experience as a data analyst working for internet companies

• You have a Master's degree in a quantitative subject, e.g. computer science, physics, mathematics, engineering, or possess relevant practical experience

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral

• Data Analysis: Strong experience in SQL (ideally BigQuery) and in manipulating large datasets

• Data Architecture: Experience designing datasets and analyzing results

• Data Visualization: Experience using Tableau or similar alternatives e.g. Looker, QlikView, etc.

• You are independent, thrive when given autonomy and ownership

• You are a team player who loves to collaborate and work with stakeholders from different backgrounds in an international environment that nurtures cultural diversity

Nice to have:

• Experience with data manipulation in additional languages, e.g. Python, R, Matlab

• Experience with data engineering and pipeline design
