Job Summary: The CRM/PRM Business Analyst is responsible for contributing to all aspects of relationship management for clients and prospects of Populytics as well as engaging on relevant strategic initiatives for LVPHO/Valley Preferred and other Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) departments as needed. Reporting to Populytics' Director, Strategy & Business Development, the Analyst should not only administer the core strategies and tactics of a CRM, but also be able to identify and proactively recommend process improvements, anticipate needs, and develop foresight through tools and automation to help drive marketing and business development success. The Analyst supports all marketing and business development analysis and reporting needs for CRM and multi-channel campaign efforts, with expansion opportunity to responsibility for marketing automation as the enterprise evolves. This position informs the Populytics and LVPHO/Valley Preferred leadership teams on both B2B and physician trends and insights and helps translate metrics into new strategic opportunities and ideas for future campaigns. The Analyst must possess a strong analytical mind and be skilled at distilling information.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's level in Health Administration, Business Administration, Marketing or related field required.
Two-four years experience with CRM systems, MS Office tools (basic MS Word and Powerpoint skills, intermediate level MS Excel skills), various relational database reporting applications and demonstrable professional database skills in MS Access and SQL query construction.
Must possess the initiative to identify and carryout responsibilities to their completion. Strong problem solving abilities and analytical skills. Requires a high degree of professional judgment and interpersonal skills at all levels and of all disciplines. Requires the individual to work independently, so as to require minimal supervision. Requires the ability to function under pressure and deadlines. Extraordinary attention to detail and excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Professional certification in a database related area and/or design and use of relational databases.
5+ years of experience working collaboratively with marketing, sales and/or business development teams. Experience with market-leading CRM/PRM product suites and CRM Admin certification.
Exceptional business, marketing and analytical preferred. Must exhibit enthusiasm, zest and grit.
