You will be reporting to the Senior Global HR Head to play a vital role in the HR team across the region. A new headcount for the business, you will be extracting and analyzing business data to create HR dashboards while analyzing and improving the companies workforce's efficiency and effectiveness. You will work with HR leaders to drive performance enhancement and ensure business competitiveness in comparison with the market.
You will be required to engage each business unit to understand their job scope and by using information data to set new performance matrix and sales incentive schemes etc. for the respective business lines. You will need a deep understanding of the full spectrum of HR functions, with proven people skills to connect with people of all levels across the business, and the technical analysis skills from Excel and various software's to create positive change.
